Meissen rare pate sur pate vase. The front panel shows Sleeping Beauty. The reverse panel shows the castle where she slept for 100 years. The black ground colour is very rare and is one of the high temperature resistant enamels which were developed at the end of the nineteenth century.- SOLD - |
