Description:	Meissen pair of gardeners first modelled by Acier c.1777. The man leaning on a spade handle with a watering can under his elbow. The woman with a basket of flowers held against her waist with her right hand. In her left hand she holds a pruning knife.

Mark Info:	Both with under glaze blue crossed swords. The man with incised model number C 69. The woman with incised model number C 68. Both with assembler's number 44 and painter's number 75 in orange.
