Description: Meissen pate sur pate vase with two nymphes playing in the waves. A similar vase is illustrated plate XXXIX in Pate sur Pate by Bernard Bumpus. There is also an example in the Hamburg Museum for Kunst and Gewerbe. - SOLD -
