Description: Meissen group of a leopard and two cubs. First modelled by Otto Pilz in 1911. Otto Pilz was a freelance artist from whom Meissen bought a large number of animal models. In 1912-13 he produced a monkey band of nine figures , taking up a tradition estabished by Kaendler in the 18th century.
